ARRIVAL

Apartments are available from 4 pm.

If your circumstances require an earlier arrival you can be assured that we will try our utmost to accommodate you!

For late arrival after 10 pm please inform us in advance.

DEPARTURE

Apartments must be vacated by 12 noon.

If your circumstances require a later departure you can be assured that we will try our utmost to accommodate you!

On your day of departure you may leave your luggage in a secure area at the ApartHotel free of charge for collection up to 7 pm.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

We shall arrange for you to be met at Sofia Airport according to the flight information provided on your Reservation Form, or in subsequent correspondence.

If your flight is altered/delayed please inform us immediately of any changes on our emergency telephone hotlines - xx 359 889 514 884 / xx 359 889 859 902.

IMPORTANT:- Please note that any alteration to your flight details notified to us less than four (4) hours before your arrival time at Sofia airport may incur payment of a supplement.
