Reservation and Payment Options

You may use our on-line Reservation Form, but we are also pleased to receive Telephone and Postal Reservations (see below!).
Receipt of your deposit (20%) confirms your reservation! Full payment is required eight (8) weeks prior to your scheduled arrival.

On-line reservation payment options

We strongly recommend Electronic Bank Transfer and the PenBro Bank Account details for payments in Euros only, are provided below.

To ensure maximum security we only accept Credit Card Payments by telephone. Payment can be made using the following Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Eurocard, Dinners, and JCB.

If paying by Euro cheque your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of your cheque! Note that we recommend that you use a secure postal delivery i.e. Registered delivery, or international courier service.

We are pleased to accept telephone reservations with your credit-card number and expiration date. A telephone reservation with payment by Eurocheque will be confirmed upon receipt of your cheque.

Postal:-

We are pleased to accept Postal reservations that include a Eurocheque for the initial, or full payment.
Note: with postal reservations please ensure that you enclose a contact telephone number to allow us to confirm your booking.

NB: For Electronic Bank Transfer please ensure that all Bank charges, including those of the recipient Bank, are included in your payment.

Cheque Payments:

We accept Eurocheques, with your reservation confirmed upon receipt of your cheque.
NB: With Eurocheque payments please add 14 Euros to each cheque to cover Bank charges!

Cash Payments:

Whilst staying at the ApartHotel you may pay in Bulgarian Leva, Euros, English Pounds Sterling, and US Dollars.

CANCELLATION

All cancellations will incur a 10% penalty of the full payment.

Percentage refunds for cancellations are:

6-8 weeks 4-6 weeks 2-4 weeks 2 weeks or less

NB: It is our policy that if we are able to relet your accommodation we will refund your full payment minus 10% and any shortfall in the relet reservation payment.

ALTERATIONS TO RESERVATION DATES

Guests who arrive later or depart earlier than specified in their confirmed reservation will be charged for the full duration of their stay.

DISCOUNTS

For extended stays exceeding 14 days please contact us to allow us to quote you an appropriate discount!

GROUP BOOKINGS

We shall be pleased to discuss with you arrangements and discounted prices for group bookings involving 3 or more apartments.
The apartments are designed to be flexible and professional and amateur parties and student groups can be catered for, including the provision of professional guides/scientific experts, transport, and all meals as required, including packed-lunches.
